The Opportunity

Work alongside dedicated Educators and supportive Centre Managers as you:

- Lead and mentor a team of educators
- Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality early learning programs
- Build strong, meaningful relationships with children, families, and your team
- Support children’s development through play-based and intentional teaching
- Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF)
- Contribute to continuous improvement and centre quality practices

The Centre

Guardian Manly West is a brand-new, purpose-built centre in Lota designed with children's safety, wellbeing and quality practice at the forefront.

The centre offers spacious, well-resourced learning environments, expansive outdoor play areas and a collaborative, supportive team culture. It’sa modern setting where strong pedagogy, consistency andhigh standardsare genuinely valued.

What you’ll bring

- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent)
- Experience in the early childhood sector
- Strong knowledge of the NQF, EYLF, and regulations
- Confidence in leading or mentoring a team (or readiness to step into this)
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Valid QLD Working with Children Check (Paid Blue Card)
- Strong understanding of Child Protection responsibilities

Highly regarded

- Current First Aid, Asthma & Anaphylaxis, and Food Safety certificates
- 2+ years’ experience in early childhood education
