- Apply moderation policies consistently and accurately while maintaining high productivity and quality standards.
- Escalate sensitive or complex moderation cases to senior teams when additional review is required.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in content moderation, trust and safety, compliance, regulatory affairs, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to assess sensitive or potentially disturbing content objectively and fairly.
