Connect Technology and Production: Join us as a Kiwiplan MES Lead

Location: Santiago, Chile (hybrid modality: remote + face-to-face)

Key Responsibilities
- Leadership of implementation and operational support of the Kiwiplan MES system in multiple plants within the CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) industry.
- Management of technical team, in charge of new implementations, daily support and maintenance of existing systems.
- Estimation of efforts and participation in RFI/RFP processes for project proposals (Request for Information / Request for Proposal).
- Collaboration with technicians and stakeholders to align system configuration with business processes.
- Testing, validation, and knowledge transfer to L2 support teams and end users.
- Technical leadership and mentoring for the team, ensuring quality and timely deliveries.

Experience Required

Professional experience: 5–10 years in similar roles.

Language: Advanced English. Talking and working in English on a daily basis is required.

Technical Skills
- In-depth knowledge of Kiwiplan MES: implementation, configuration,



operational support.
- Familiarity with MES–MOM (Manufacturing Execution System / Manufacturing Operations Management).
- Database management such as Oracle or MS SQL to maintain and support the Kiwiplan application.
- Industrial data connection and connectivity using protocols such as OPC to integrate with automation systems.
- Experience with commercial MES solutions (COTS).
- Solid functional and technical mastery of key Kiwiplan modules: Production Control, Planning, Quality Management, Inventory and Logistics.
- Ability to debug issues, optimize performance, and resolve user-reported issues.
- Ability in minor configurations and system improvements, including reports, business rules, and new functionality. Integration with ERP, WMS, and plant floor automation systems.
