Responsibilities

Ensure the timely and accurate production/processing of:
- Drafts of policy wordings and endorsements
- Renewal reports and insurance manuals
- Questionnaires to assess coverage needs
- Invoices and related documentation
- Quotations and placing slips
- Premium calculations and adjustments
- Complex and/or confidential documentation
- Information and materials for Pre‑Renewal and Broking meetings
- Keep records updated in the systems and follow up on pending/outstanding documentation
- Manage and prioritize your workload to meet SLAs, KPIs, and quality objectives
- Strictly comply with the company’s quality practices, internal policies, systems, and procedures
- Maintain an understanding of the core aspects of insurance and applicable legislation/regulation
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, understanding client business needs and insurance requirements
- Collaborate with Senior Operations Services Executives and the team
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in operational processes




- Perform ad‑hoc functions of Step‑up Team Leader when necessary to support the Operations team

Technical Skills
- Previous experience in reinsurance operations, broking support, or exposure to policy documentation and account renewals
- Practical knowledge of documentation and processes: endorsements, billing, quoting/placement, slips, premium calculations/adjustments, and operational controls
- Management of systems and updating records with a high level of accuracy; advanced data processing and documentation
- Basic understanding of insurance products and related regulatory/legislative framework (according to line of business)
