At TCS we are currently looking for a Release Train Engineer for TCS Argentina. The selected candidate will work in a hybrid model based in Santiago, Chile. A high level of English is mandatory and a key requirement for the role. The position offers a permanent contract with TCS Chile.

Technical Skills
- 5+ years in agile software development
- Hands‑on expertise highly preferred
- Knowledge of CI/CD, test automation, metrics, and DevOps capabilities
- Technical acumen to collaborate with development teams

Agile Experience
- 2+ years specifically as a Scrum Master/Agile Coach directly enabling teams
- Applying agile at scale, facilitating events, coaching continuous improvement
- Experience with scaled frameworks like SAFe
- Leading multiple agile release trains
- Managing dependencies and integration points
- Metrics‑driven mindset and record of improving outcomes
- Risk mitigation and program management abilities

Leadership Skills
- Excellent communication, influence, and servant leadership
- Building consensus across stakeholders
- Fostering innovation, agile mindset,



and culture of learning
- PSM, CSP, CSM, SAFe, PMI‑ACP
