At CSI we are seeking a LOTO Manager to join a large-scale Data Center project, leading lockout/tagout (LOTO) and electrical safety programs within highly critical construction environments.

What does the role involve?

The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing LOTO procedures, ensuring compliance with electrical safety standards, and managing hazardous energy control processes across all project activities. The role includes coordination with construction, commissioning, and EHS teams to ensure safe execution of work involving energized systems and critical infrastructure.

What are the requirements?

- Minimum of 5 years of general electrical experience.
- NFPA 70E certification (or local equivalent), updated every 3 years upon new edition releases.
- Minimum of 3 years of electrical safety experience working with High/Medium Voltage systems.
- Must qualify as a “qualified person” according to project and regional specifications.
- Valid SEC Certification appropriate for onsite installations in Chile.




- Training in project LOTO procedures, hazardous energy recognition, energy source types, magnitude assessment, and mitigation methods.
- Required certifications/training in LOTO, NFPA 70E, OSHA, site-specific safety programs, and retraining per AHJ regulations.
- Written employer authorization specifying approved systems and equipment.
- Professional communication skills in both Spanish and English.
