Joining the Marketplace Team means contributing to one of the most critical pillars of the business: balancing supply and demand. As part of the broader City Operations organization, the Marketplace team is responsible for driving user engagement and retention, while ensuring supply is allocated efficiently and on time to deliver a great experience for both Drivers and Passengers in the app.

This internship offers the opportunity to develop deep insights into the ride-hailing business from user, pricing, marketplace, and competitive perspectives. The adecuado candidate is analytical, data-driven, highly organized, and execution-focused. They are proactive, eager to learn, and excited to contribute to cross-functional projects and high-impact initiatives.

Role Responsibilities
