Position Purpose

Develop and optimize liner designs for SAG and Ball mills, ensuring operational performance, service life, safety, and manufacturability,



aligned with customer requirements and the company’s commercial objectives.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop liner designs for SAG and Ball mills (metallic, hybrid, and/or composite liners).
- Define and size liner profiles, geometries, and fastening systems according to mill operating conditions.
- Analyze technical data from inspections, 3D scans, and wear reports.
- Prepare technical drawings and documentation for manufacturing.
- Provide technical support to the commercial team in preparing customer proposals and technical solutions.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality teams to ensure proper execution of designs.
- Contribute to product improvement initiatives aimed at increasing wear life and operational performance.
- Support site visits as required for field data collection and technical assessment.
