This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for building a people analytics and innovation function from the ground up within a fast-paced, technology-driven environment. You will define the vision for how people data is used to drive strategic HR and business decisions across the organization. Acting as both strategist and hands‑on builder, you will design AI-powered tools, predictive models, and advanced analytics solutions that shape workforce planning, engagement, and employee experience.
You will partner closely with senior HR and business leaders to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights that influence executive decisions. The role combines technical depth in data science with strong business acumen and storytelling ability. You will also establish scalable data infrastructure, governance, and self-service analytics capabilities. In addition, you will hire and lead a small,
