To support our rapid growth, we are seeking an Oracle Administrator that can partner with the business systems teams driving requirements gathering, business process optimization, testing, process optimization, and cross‑functional collaboration. This role will be a member of the Corporate Engineering team that implements general solutions and drives value for business stakeholders. This role should have a core competency in financial processes, and also ERP Applications.

What You’ll Do




- System Support & Troubleshooting (L1/L2): Serve as the first line of defense for finance system issues. Triage and resolve support tickets related to Oracle Fusion and any downstream finance applications.
- Requirements Documentation: Assist senior analysts in gathering requirements from stakeholders. Translate discussions into clear, detailed functional specifications and user stories.
- Testing & QA: Own the execution of detailed test cases for system enhancements and updates. Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT), log defects, and work with developers to verify fixes.
- Process Mapping: Create and maintain documentation for existing workflows and SOPs. Help identify bottlenecks in current processes to improve operational efficiency.
- Agile Participation: Actively participate in Agile Scrum processes, including daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, and backlog grooming sessions.
