Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Food Server role based in Santiago.

The Food

Server will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to guests, taking accurate orders, delivering food and beverages efficiently, and maintaining a clean and organized dining area. Other responsibilities include ensuring adherence to food safety standards, collaborating with kitchen staff for timely service, and assisting with any additional duties needed to enhance the dining experience.

Qualifications

- Strong customer service and communication skills to ensure a positive guest experience.

- Proficiency in food service and food & beverage standards, with attention to detail.

- Basic knowledge of cooking and food preparation is a plus.

- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.

- Willingness to maintain a professional and friendly demeanor at all times.
