Analyze customer credit lines, monitor utilization ratios, and validate eligibility in line with internal credit policies and partner bank requirements.
Support the endtoend loan approval process, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and proper documentation across all financing transactions.
Partner with sales teams to provide financial insights that support deal structuring and conversion.
AR Management, follow up payment from invoices issues to Financial partner and dealers
Dealer Performance & Financial Incentives
Track dealership financing performance, including volume, approval rates, and portfolio quality metrics.
Calculate, validate, and administer dealer commissions, bonuses, and incentive payments related to creditbased sales.
Reconcile financial data with banking partners to ensure accurate compensation and reporting.
Stakeholder & Dealership Management
Act as the primary financial liaison between the company, auto dealers, and lending institutions.
Resolve credit application exceptions, documentation gaps, and approval bottlenecks efficiently.
Provide guidance to dealerships on credit requirements, financial documentation, and process optimization.
Risk, Compliance & Controls
Ensure strict compliance with vehicle financing regulations, bank secrecy laws, and AntiMoney Laundering (AML) policies.
Support internal controls, audits,
and regulatory reviews by maintaining accurate financial and credit records.

Prepare and maintain periodic performance and financial reports for assigned dealers and management.
Analyze trends in credit utilization, dealer productivity, and financing outcomes to support datadriven decisions.

Qualifications & Profile
Experience: 1–2+ years in banking, underwriting, credit operations, retail finance, or customer-facing financial roles; experience with loan processing or dealer financing is a strong plus.
Financial & Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret financial data, assess credit risk, and work with performance metrics and reconciliations.
Communication Skills: Professional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage both internal teams and external financial partners.
Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word; experience with financial systems, lending platforms, or credit management tools is desirable.
Education: Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field preferred (but not required).
