We are currently searching for a Business Development Manager to develop our business in Chile. This is for our Smart Home brand IMOU (Pronounced: I-Moe).

Set up as a subsidiary of Dahua Group which is the second largest surveillance & security manufacturer in the world, IMOU has been established to make smart home security & technology much easier to operate/use. IMOU’s product lines include Smart Security, Smart Lock, Smart Energy/Lighting, IOT, Smart Robotics, Storage & Cloud.

Our mission is to make Smart Home more affordable, effortless to use & easily accessible to our customers.

- Develop and execute annual, quarterly, and monthly sales plans to ensure that strategic and financial targets are met.
- Create and implement commercial strategies, including product strategy, MSRP policy, and channel policy.
- New resellers development:



develop new resellers from CCTV/IT channels
- Existing resellers management: manage resellers’ sell in/sell out, increase the our business shares
- Training program: execute product training for distributors, resellers and installers
- Plan and execute channel marketing and promotional activities to increase sales.
- Conduct market research, collect competitive product information, price strategies, and promotional activities, then analyze and develop relevant strategic countermeasures.
- At least 2+ years of experience in channel sales and business development about the Electronic Hardware Products . Have experience in the CCTV distributors/ Reseller or CCTV manufacture being a significant advantage.
- Excellent market insight and planning ability, sales data analysis ability, and business negotiation ability. Strong communication and coordination skills.
