HRBP Manager (Colombia & Chile)

The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As HRBP Manager for Chile and Colombia, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

- Providing direct HR leadership for Chile and Colombia, in collaboration with HR COEs




- Collaborating with business leaders in the development and implementation of key human resource initiatives
- Influencing and guiding business leaders to advance the organization towards being a Best and Preferred Place to Work
- Supporting the execution of talent agenda, including talent reviews, assessments, team effectiveness, development plans and internal talent mobility
- Guiding the facilitation of performance management and conflict resolution through counseling and coaching
- Driving employee listening, site engagement and inclusion priorities
- Protecting the enterprise through compliance activities, advancing labor relationships and enhancing policy and practice
- Involvement in other HR related activities and projects

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success , Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution
- Minimum of ten (10) years of Human Resources experience in a private, public, government, or military environment

In addition to the above requirements, the following are also preferred:

- Prior experience working as an HR leader in a medium to large multinationational organization





Work location and Travel

Work location: Hybrid or remote: located in Santiago, Chile.

Travel: May include up to 15% international travel

Authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status.
