Full-Time Registered Nurse – Home HospiceWe are hiring a Full-Time Registered Nurse for a Hospice Case Manager role in the home health setting, caring for adult and geriatric patients in their homes.
This position offers a adaptable, self-directed schedule — you coordinate directly with your patients, allowing you to structure your day around your life.
Home Health or Hospice experience is not required — we welcome RNs with at least 1 year of experience with adult or geriatric medical/surgical patients in a hospital, SNF, or similar setting.
