We need a professional who understands how to synchronize OOH, TV, and Digital ecosystems to achieve ambitious communication goals.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Media Strategy & Execution: Lead the end-to-end media buying process for Chile and Peru. Develop high-quality media positions across online omni-channels and offline platforms (OOH, TV, etc.) based on specific product strategies.
- Budget & Optimization: Formulate scientific media procurement and placement strategies aligned with brand objectives. Plan budget allocation, channel mix, and placement schedules. Monitor and optimize real-time performance with agency support to maximize impact.
- Performance Analysis: Conduct comprehensive evaluations of online and offline placement effects. Analyze channel efficiency, procurement costs,



and synergy effects. Issue detailed reports to iterate media models and improve placement effectiveness.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor industry dynamics and competitor strategies. Collect media price trends and resource information to provide data-driven support for budget adjustments and strategic decisions.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with E-commerce, Offline Channels, PR, and KOL teams to align placement needs with marketing rhythms. Support product launches and event execution to ensure communication objectives are met.

REQUIREMENTS
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Advertising, Marketing, Media, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Experience: 3+ years of relevant experience in media buying. Candidates should possess mature supplier resources and a proven track record of successful online/offline procurement.
