Lead Planner, Data Center Construction Projects
Turner & Townsend are looking for a Scheduler to join our team.
The adecuado candidate will have a track record of working on complex large-scale construction projects.
Responsibilities
Maintain and monitor the master plan schedule
Prepare and monitor tasks to ensure satisfactory realization of project requirements against the schedule
Integrate various contract packages into the master plan schedule
Review contractors' submitted schedules and make recommendations to the client
Prepare regular internal/external weekly and monthly progress reports for management and the client
Develop a project control procedure to monitor the progress of the project
Interact with contractors and verify project data to update the schedule
Assess any contractor's extension of time claim and prepare a defense claim report
Provide a recommendation report for any contractor's EOT claim
Analyze critical path and constraints to determine the effect of changes on the project schedule
Work out site logistic planning for the project




Prepare and propose micro-management schedules for critical elements of work
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field, along with substantial experience in scheduling complex construction projects, preferable with data center experience.
Expert-level proficiency in Primavera P6 and a deep understanding of critical path method scheduling.
5 years of experience working as a Lead Scheduler in similar projects.
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to interpret complex construction drawings and specifications.
Experience with data center / process industry specific scheduling challenges, such as phased construction and critical system tie-ins commissioning, highly valuable.
Spanish and English communicational skills required.
