Job Overview:




We are looking for a highly skilled QA Engineer to join our team as we transition towards a shift-left approach to quality assurance. You will play a critical role in collaborating closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure quality is embedded throughout the development lifecycle. You’ll be involved in early-stage requirements, writing test cases, and coaching development teams on modern QA practices.

This role is idóneo for professionals experienced with both manual and automated testing who can act as technical leaders to guide teams toward better testing practices and shift testing responsibilities earlier in the development process.

Key Responsibilities:
- Actively participate in the requirements gathering and design phases of the development process to ensure quality is built into the software from the start.
- Automate tests using tools like Parker, Cucumber, and other relevant automation frameworks.
- Provide coaching and men
