About The Team/role
This Salesforce Administrator role sits within Corporate Engineering, reporting directly to the Director of Revenue and Customer Systems.
Our team focuses on maximizing the productivity and efficiency of the entire Revenue and Support organization by owning the architecture, design, build, and maintenance of Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud.
The role is a hybrid position based out of our Santiago, Chile office.
What You'll Do
User Lifecycle & Access: Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding, ensuring correct permissions across Salesforce and integrated tools like Outreach, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Support & Ticket Triage: Monitor internal help channels to triage incoming Jira tickets, resolving technical issues or routing cases appropriately.
Data Hygiene & Audits: Maintain a clean CRM by merging duplicate records and performing periodic audits for data accuracy and compliance.
Agile & Operational Support: Support the team's Agile rhythm by grooming backlogs and preparing the team for sprint planning.
Collaborative Improvement: Partner with the wider team to monitor feature performance and implement small-scale technical enhancements that improve user experience.
What You'll Bring
Salesforce Foundation: 1+ years of Salesforce administration experience, including solid grasp of user permissions, security roles, and core platform configuration.
Programming & Scripting: Ability to program or script in at least one language (e.g., Apex, JavaScript, Java, or Python).
Agile & SDLC Experience: Experience working within the full software development lifecycle in an Agile environment,



collaborating on requirements and sprint ceremonies.
Support & Triage Mindset: Proactive approach to managing help channels and Jira queues, diagnosing issues and routing complex cases effectively.
Ownership & Collaboration: Strong sense of accountability for the feature lifecycle, from triage to production release, with passion for continuous learning.
AI Tooling: Experience with Salesforce Agentforce, chatbots, or other AI applications, with ability to identify where AI can accelerate delivery.
A-player mindset with bias for action: raise bar, move with urgency, stay resilient, take ownership to deliver outcomes.
Advanced communication skills in English (written & verbal).

Pay Transparency Disclosure
On-target Earnings OR Base Salary range (Santiago, Chile): $27,200,000 - $32,000,000 CLP.
