Role Overview

We are seeking a Nurse with experience in clinical trials and patient recruitment to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting clinical research operations, ensuring patient safety, and driving successful recruitment strategies.

Key Responsibilities

- Support clinical trial activities in compliance with protocols and regulatory standards.
- Conduct patient recruitment, screening, and enrollment for ongoing studies.
- Provide education and engagement to patients to ensure adherence and retention.




- Maintain accurate documentation and patient records.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow and communication.
- Ensure ethical and professional standards in all patient interactions.

Qualifications

- Licensed Nurse (RN, BSN, or equivalent).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in clinical trials.
- Proven track record in patient recruitment and engagement.
- Strong communication skills in English and Spanish (bilingual preferred).
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
