Requirements
Professional Qualification
Degree in Psychology or Social Work granted by an officially recognized university (required).
Desirable specialization in work with children and youth in situations of rights vulnerability (e.g., VIF, ASI, others).
Work Experience
At least 2 years of specialized intervention with severely vulnerable children and youth (required).
At least 2 years of project coordination, network work, and intersectoral management.
No disqualifications to work with children and youth.
Knowledge
Regulatory frameworks and theoretical models related to reparative intervention.
International Convention on the Rights of the Child, current legislation on children and youth, Family Courts Law.
Theoretical and practical management from a gender perspective.
Proficiency with SENAINFO / SIS.
