We are looking for a bilingual female who is experienced in chronic care management and would be able to address different tasks related to the office under our CCM (chronic care management) program.

Tasks may include:
Taking and making calls
Client coordination
Calendar organization
General VA tasks

Pay: $4,804 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Experience:
- Chronic Care Management: 1 year (required)
