People & Culture Local Services – SAP Next Gen
Location: Santiago, Chile
Duration: Temporary – 6 months up to 2 years
What you will do
SAP Chile Next Gen program is a global-minded, strategic, paid graduate program that provides recent university graduates with opportunities to find purpose in their careers.
This is more than a graduate program; it's the foundation for a career built on connection, creativity, and impact.
The early career professional will sit next to the Human Resources Team to learn day-to-day basic tasks such as:
Face-to-face interaction with employees, managers, internal and external stakeholders.
Support to daily HR Services activities: Employee Folders, employee personal data changes in systems, integral projects, contractual changes, time & absences, etc.
Lead and implement different HR global and local initiatives.
Be aware of local policies to deliver a good experience to the internal customers.
Be responsible for all tasks related to the Onboarding and Offboarding process.
Be responsible for social security affiliations in the Onboarding process.
Provide 1:1 consultancy on local HR policies, acting as a second-level case manager for policy queries.
Support partnerships with HR Directors, People Relations, Total Rewards, Payroll, Talent Discovery and external vendors.

Education and Experience
Must be a recent graduate of a bachelor's degree.
Preferably in the field of Engineering, Psychology, Business Administration or equivalent.
0–2 years of professional experience.
Experience in a corporate environment is desired.
Requirements and Competencies
Oral and written English communication skills.
Team player.
