In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining demand plans, leading cross-functional alignment discussions, and supporting the S&OP; process to ensure accurate forecasting and effective business decision-making. and maintain demand forecasts across product categories and customer accounts for short- and long-term planning horizons* Create statistical baseline forecasts and enrich them with business intelligence, market trends, commercial insights, and cross-functional inputs* Lead Demand Alignment and Consensus Meetings, ensuring alignment between Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain teams* Analyze forecast accuracy, sales performance, and demand planning KPIs to identify risks, opportunities, and improvement actions* Support and drive the S&OP; process by delivering an unconstrained and consensus-based demand plan* Manage assumptions related to product launches, discontinuations, promotions, and market changes* Generate reports, analyses, and presentations to support operational and strategic decision-making* Ensure data integrity and maintenance of master data, including product and customer hierarchies* Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to conti
