About the role

We are looking for a highly skilled test automation engineer to design and maintain automation tests. You will be working in collaboration with the development team to ensure the product is free of defects. The environment is fast paced, and you will be required to participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retros etc

Salary:37,000,000 CLP (per year)

What you will be doing
- Design, develop and maintain automated test scripts.
- Execute automated tests.
- Report issues using the issue defect management tools.
- Work with the development team to resolve any issues that arise out of the testing process.
- Validate fixes.
- Inform the test lead of any issues that may affect the schedule, budget, or quality of the product or the testing process.
- Assess and identify high churn areas.
- Contribute to process improvements across the product and technology teams.




- Review requirements and other project documentation to assure quality of the products and tests to be developed, i.e. perform manual static testing.
- When required, executing manual test cases.

Who we are looking for
- You will have previous experience as a test automation engineer
- You will have experience of front-end test tools.
- You will be proficient in at least one programming language.
- You will be detail oriented.
- You will be committed to developing skills in order to provide up-to-date solutions
- You will have experience working in an Agile team
- You will have good communication skills
- You will have a propensity to problem solve
- You will have experience with automated testing techniques
- You will have a familiarity with build pipelines and test integration
