Platform & DevOps Engineer

What you’ll do?

Core Focus: Platform Engineering, DevOps & Reliability
- Design, implement, and maintain multi-cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions for fast and safe deployments.
- Manage containerized environments and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Drive Infrastructure-as-Code practices (Terraform).
- Ensure system reliability, scalability, and performance across environments.
- Implement monitoring, logging, tracing, and alerting solutions.
- Define SLIs and SLOs for critical services and AI workflows.
- Own incident response, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement.

You’ll also contribute to:
- Improving developer workflows, environment provisioning, and deployment processes.
- Supporting security best practices across cloud environments (SecOps).
- Creating visibility into cloud costs and optimization opportunities (FinOps).
- Promoting operational metrics and best practices (deployment frequency, recovery time, etc.).

What we’re looking for?




- 4+ years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, SRE, or Infrastructure roles.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Hands‑on experience with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions preferred).
- Solid knowledge of containers and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform preferred).
- Understanding of networking, security, and system architecture.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and a production mindset.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Fluency in English and Spanish (multicultural and distributed team).

Nice to have
- Experience operating AI or data‑intensive workloads in production.
- Familiarity with SRE practices (SLOs, error budgets).
- Experience with cloud cost optimization or FinOps practices.
- Practical security baseline experience (CIS, NIST, or similar frameworks).
