Proactively assist with the assessment and management of the legal affairs of Dyno Nobel, with a primary focus on labor and employment and governance matters.

What You’ll Do
- Ensure compliance with applicable IPL Standards, together with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Support (and lead when necessary) interactions and negotiations with applicable labour unions, including CBA negotiations, employee disciplinary actions,



and terminations.
- Assist with management of regulatory claims and proceedings, and internal and external investigations, with efficient use of internal resources and external counsel.
- Participate as a member of the LATAM Leadership Team in providing governance and direction to the Dyno Nobel LATAM business.
- Provide training to Dyno Nobel LATAM employees regarding IPL’s governance standards, policies, and programs. Working with finance, assure compliance with the standards, policies, and programs.
- Provide legal support for various projects as required.
- Respond professionally and timely to address legal and commercial issues and business requests.
- Excellent judgment and the ability to comfortably make clear, rational, and timely decisions in the best interests of Dyno Nobel consistent with available facts and applicable laws and regulations.
