Responsibilities
- Supporting the Business Development Manager with engaging prospective clients.
- Conduct routine follow-ups with leads via phone, email, and CRM to nurture pipeline opportunities.
- Support sales efforts through OEM and partner channels by assisting with lead tracking, follow-ups, and opportunity coordination.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead,



client, and opportunity data in Salesforce
- Support the preparation and delivery of product demos and presentations
- Engage with current clients to assist with renewals, follow-ups, and general account support
- Coordinate and track administrative tasks related to sales cycles, client onboarding, and ongoing account management.
- Monitor and report on sales pipeline activities and metrics to support forecasting and decision-making.
- Provide general support as needed to drive business growth

What You Bring
- 1-2+ years of previous customer service or sales experience.
- Knowledge, or an aptitude to understand complex and technical solutions.
- Strong, professional communication skills.
- Organization skills to track, prioritize and strategically engage current and prospective clients.
- A team-focused mindset, with the ability to support our Business Development Manager behind the scen
