**Responsibilities**
- Build wireframes, low-fidelity and high-fidelity prototypes in Figma.
- Conduct UX Research and test early concepts.
- Create a great experience for our partners and customers.

**Qualifications**
- 2-5 years of demonstrated experience in creating and implementing UX design. - Portfolio required.
- A solid understanding of UX, UI and design, such as Research, Information Architecture and the latest methodologies, with a passion for continuous learning.
- Strong knowledge of Figma. Proficient on features such as auto-layout, prototypes, reusable components, vector graphics, etc.
- Basic understanding of HTML and CSS.
- Awareness of standard collaboration software such as Slack, MS Teams, JIRA, ClickUp, Asana, Linear.
- Experience creating storyboards, site maps, and customer journey maps.
- A solid grasp of User-Centered Design (UCD), Design Thinking and other frameworks.
- A commitment to using UX Design best practices to design solutions and mobile-first, responsive design.
- Planning and conducting user research, user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic analysis, usability and accessibility concerns.
- Continued education and research into UX trends and current design strategy and technologies.




- Ability to prioritize and manage several milestones and projects efficiently.
- Experience working within an agile environment.
- Advanced written and spoken English.
- Able to present confidently to internal teams.
