Sales Team Lead / Sales Manager - FX/CFD

Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for experienced FX/CFD sales professionals who combine strong commercial instincts with leadership capability . This role suits someone who understands market dynamics, trader behavior, and how to build sustainable growth through client relationships and strategic sales execution.

- Building and expanding presence in the LATAM markets

What You’ll Be Doing

- Lead and manage a sales team, ensuring targets and KPIs are achieved
- Own the full sales lifecycle: prospecting, conversion, activation, and retention
- Acquire and manage high-value clients and IB partners
- Develop data‑driven sales strategies aligned with regional opportunities
- Collaborate with Marketing and regional teams to drive market expansion
- Contribute directly to accounts opened, deposits, and revenue growth

Requirements

- 5-10 years of sales experience in Forex / CFD brokerage
- Leadership or team management experience
- Strong understanding of FX, commodities, indices, and equity markets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to work with sales KPIs and performance metrics
- High professionalism, integrity, and accountability
