Búsqueda de un Business Development Manager (Manufacturing Industry) con experiencia COMERCIAL.

The Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying and pursuing growth opportunities, building strategic partnerships with customers, and driving business expansion in the sale, business and IT area across the customer industry. This role requires a deep understanding of both IT services, technology, domain expertise and operations.

Experience

- 3 years of progressive experience in business development, sales, with a focus on IT services and technology within the industry.
- Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of processes, operations, IT/OT, technologies, and industry trends.
- Network: A strong network of industry contacts.
- Negotiation Skills: Proficiency in contract negotiation.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to evaluate project feasibility and profitability.
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building and maintaining client relationships and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Teamwork:



Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and Onsite/Offshore Models.
- Market Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential threats of the sector.
- New Business Development: Identify new business prospects, strategic alliances, and partnerships. Work closely with Industry SME to bring and showcase best in class expertise.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and key industry stakeholders, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeated business. Open to work on new customers and logos to increase market presence
- Sales and Revenue Growth: Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets through the acquisition of IT projects in the sector.
- Contract Negotiation: Proficiency in contract negotiation, with a track record of successful deals in IT projects within the sector.
