We are seeking a Lead Data Scientist to deliver high-impact modeling work, including migrating existing solutions to Azure Machine Learning while partnering with a distributed team. You will take ownership of model transitions and adapt to evolving priorities—apply now to help shape what we build next.

Responsibilities

- Lead migration of three models from Data IQ to Azure Machine Learning
- Deliver transition of one LLM-based model to the target Azure ML environment
- Deliver transition of two classical machine learning models to the target Azure ML environment
- Assess current model artifacts, dependencies, and data flows to plan migration steps
- Coordinate priorities and timelines with onshore and offshore stakeholders
- Validate migrated models to ensure functional parity and acceptable performance
- Adapt solutions and technical approach as future scope and requirements evolve

Requirements

- 5+ years of data science experience including machine learning delivery
- Experience working with Large Language Models (LLM)




- Lead-level ownership and mentoring ability in a data science team
- Model migration experience moving solutions between platforms or environments
- Strong applied machine learning knowledge across classical ML and LLM-based approaches
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to changing scope
