General Description or Purpose of Job
This role supports the leader of a marketing team, completes assigned initiatives, and supports defined marketing strategies and tactical plans. This includes executing go-to-market activities that support organizational goals such as driving buy rate and growth.
Incumbents work with the direction and guidance of a Marketing Manager or similar position to manage and complete all activities and deliverables for assigned projects.
Responsibilities / Essential Functions
- Manage execution and coordination of marketing plans to reach growth targets
- Develop, implement and track business‑specific digital marketing initiatives, such as email, paid media, social, SMS, and JCOM/ecommerce.
- Develop and create marketing materials, such as sales and product collateral, and ensure brand guidelines are met
- Assist in outbound or inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas (content development and optimization, advertising, physical / virtual events, etc.)
Data / Analytics Tracking
- Manage and update the marketing performance dashboard to monitor identified key KPI’s for the business & report findings
- Partner with analytics counterparts to analyze and report on the performance and efficiency of campaigns using Salesforce Reports
- Assist in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies
- Understand the needs from the reps to support their account growth (Buy Rate improvements, Net Account growth, Unit Sales, Gross Revenue, and EBITDA) by establishing relationships with the reps and an ongoing cadence of communication.
- Develop needed collateral, visual merchandising, digital and in‑school event support for key rep events.
- Implement ways to help the reps evolve local marketing and grow local revenue through corporate marketing support
Required
- Advanced English
- BA/BS degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 1‑2 years’ professional marketing experience
- Thorough understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing) and market research methods
- Experience in collateral development, marketing communications and overseeing digital channels (including web/ecommerce, print, email, paid search, paid advertising, SEO/SEM, social and SMS)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization
- Willingness to learn, demonstrate creativity, and excel in a changing (and fast‑paced) environment
- Proven ability to independently manage multiple priorities in a fast paced and deadline driven environment.

- Social marketing experience
- Skilled in writing and editing content with an attention to detail
