Key Responsibilities

- Track and analyze key KPIs to evaluate business performance
- Coordinate with Account Managers to monitor project status and ensure execution according to plan
- Maintain internal systems, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates
- Develop regional reports in collaboration with the department director
- Build periodic booking forecasts, define targets by vertical, and support strategic adjustments

Qualifications

- Fluent in Mandarin Chinese (required)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in KPI tracking and reporting
- Excellent organizational and coordination abilities
- Experience working with internal systems and data management
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in sales support, business analysis, or similar roles is a plus
