What You'll Do
As the SSA Recruiting Manager,
you will lead the end‑to‑end recruiting strategy and execution for consulting talent across the Spanish South America region. You will play a critical role in shaping BCG’s talent pipeline, ensuring the attraction, selection, and conversion of top‑tier candidates aligned with the region’s growth ambitions.
You will act as a strategic partner to senior stakeholders (MDPs, Recruiting Directors, and People leadership), translating business needs into actionable recruiting plans while ensuring best‑in‑class candidate experience and operational excellence.
In this role, you will lead and develop a regional recruiting team, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure alignment with global recruiting standards, while adapting strategies to local market dynamics.

- Own and drive the SSA recruiting strategy for consulting talent, aligned with regional business priorities and growth plans
