The Challenge
We are looking for a solution-focused professional with 2-3 years of experience in heavy industry (metal casting, manufacturing, mining or related sectors) to:
- Design & Customize: Develop mill liner products that are fit-for-purpose and meet the highest customer standards.
- Analyze & Simulate: Conduct data-driven analysis using FEA (Ansys) and DEM (Rocky) to ensure total product integrity.
- On-Site Engineering Excellence: Perform site-based reverse engineering and technical troubleshooting at customer operations.
- General and Local Team Collaboration: Partner closely with Sales and Commercial teams to validate new solutions and provide a market advan
