We are looking for a highly experienced Senior IT Support Engineer who enjoys working independently, solving complex technical challenges, and making a real impact in a fast-growing international fintech environment.

This is more than a traditional support role — you will have ownership, autonomy, and the opportunity to help build and improve regional IT operations.

Responsibilities
- Provide L1–L2 IT support in both onsite and remote environments
- Build and stabilize local IT operations within a fast-growing office
- Manage laptops, hardware assets, stock inventory, and meeting room technologies
- Support Windows and macOS environments
- Troubleshoot WiFi, VPN, Microsoft 365, and basic networking issues
- Handle tickets through Jira/JSM systems
- Collaborate with general IT and infrastructure teams
- Participate in IT improvements, standardization initiatives, and regional projects

Requirements




- 5-6 years of experience in Senior IT Support / Infrastructure Support roles
- A hands-on professional who enjoys both technical troubleshooting and operational ownership
- Experience supporting both Windows and macOS environments
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and networking fundamentals (WiFi, VPN)
- Independent, proactive and patient personality
- Communicative level of English
