About Our Client The company is a international organization in infrastructure and services that is growing in Chile.

Reporting to the General Manager, the main responsibilities are:

- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure the company's interests are protected.

- Provide legal advice on a variety of matters related to contracts of services and suppliers including EPC, underground equipment service contracts among others.

- Ensure compliance with local and international legal regulations and standards.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide legal guidance.

- Manage legal disputes and liaise with external legal counsel when necessary.

- Conduct risk assessments and provide solutions to mitigate potential legal risks on contracts.

- Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations impacting the industry.





The Successful Applicant A successful Contract Legal Counsel should have:

- A degree in Law with a license to practice in Chile.

- Proven experience in legal roles, ideally within infrastructure/construction, mining or energy industry.

- Strong knowledge of Chilean and international legal frameworks.

- Excellent contract negotiation and drafting skills.

- Ability to analyze complex legal issues and provide clear advice.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills in english ans spanish.

- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

- Availabilty to travel within Chile on demand.
