Perform configuration management and monitor network performance to maintain high standards.

Monitor

Quality of Service and Quality of Experience, detecting anomalies and managing changes effectively. Conduct impact analysis using established procedures to respond promptly to alarms and unplanned events.



Correlate alarms and create incident tickets to support efficient resolution processes.

Manage Service Level

Agreements and Key Performance Indicators to drive continuous improvement. HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL NEED: Advanced proficiency in Fortinet Solutions. Advanced proficiency in Cisco Nexus. A minimum of 1 of experience in relevant related skills. Bachelor's Degree in relevant field of studies.
