Requirements
Professional Qualification
- Degree in Psychology or Social Work granted by an officially recognized university (required).
- Desirable specialization in work with children and youth in situations of rights vulnerability (e.g., VIF, ASI, others).
Work Experience
- At least 2 years of specialized intervention with severely vulnerable children and youth (required).
- At least 2 years of project coordination, network work, and intersectoral management.
- No disqualifications to work with children and youth.
Knowledge
- Regulatory frameworks and theoretical models related to reparative intervention.
- International Convention on the Rights of the Child, current legislation on children and youth, Family Courts Law.
- Theoretical and practical management from a gender perspective.
- Proficiency with SENAINFO / SIS.
