Construction Project Manager – Roads & Railways | Chile

With 30+ years of experience and projects in 80+ countries, we are looking for an experienced infrastructure professional to lead our activities in Chile and regional markets.

About the Role

This is not a traditional Project Manager position.

We are looking for a senior professional with hands-on experience in road, highway, and/or railway infrastructure projects who understands the construction industry from the field level to project execution and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and expand business opportunities in transportation infrastructure projects.
- Build relationships with contractors, engineering firms, consultants, and government authorities.
- Identify projects where our technology delivers operational and financial value.
- Support projects from planning through implementation.
- Represent the company in meetings,



presentations, and site visits.

Requirements

- Civil Engineering degree — mandatory.
- 7+ years of experience in road, highway, and/or railway infrastructure projects.
- Experience working with contractors, EPC companies, consultants, and public infrastructure authorities.
- Strong understanding of transportation infrastructure and construction processes.
- Strong network within Chile’s infrastructure industry.
- Willingness to travel frequently.
