Description and Requirements

? Role Purpose We are looking for a Sales Intern to join the commercial team within the relational segment, providing key operational and administrative support to ensure business execution efficiency, information visibility, and agile service to clients and partners. This is a great opportunity for students who want to develop their careers in the commercial area, gain hands-on experience in a dynamic corporate environment, and strengthen their analytical, coordination, and relationship-building skills, with continuous support from the team. ? Key Responsibilities
- Commercial Operational Support: Support the daily activities of the sales team, including quotation creation, PN generation, purchase order tracking, and updating commercial opportunities.
- Information Management & BI: Consolidate, cleanse, and analyze commercial data to prepare reports and insights (pipeline, forecast, customer and product performance) that support decision-making.
- Internal Coordination: Coordinate with teams such as operations, logistics, and finance to ensure delivery timelines, product availability, and accurate billing.
- Client & Partner Support:



Provide initial support for commercial inquiries, follow up on requests, and efficiently route them to the appropriate teams.
- Process Control & Follow-up: Ensure compliance with established agreements, meeting minutes, and defined processes, contributing to clear communication and avoiding rework.
- Commercial Support: Manage assigned lower-complexity accounts and support commercial coverage activities, developing sales and customer relationship skills.
✅ Requirements
- Education: University advanced student in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Engineering, or related fields.
- Languages: Basic to intermediate English.
- Tools: Intermediate Excel and Power BI.
- Soft skills: Proactive, independent profile with a strong willingness to learn.
- Availability to complete a 6-month internship.
- Availability to work under a hybrid model (3 days on-site and 2 days home office).
