About our partner: join a global leader in retail supply chain and garment display solutions, operating across more than 40 countries and serving the world's most recognized fashion, apparel, and retail brands. With decades of expertise in hangers, garment security systems, labels, packaging, and point-of-sale solutions, it sits at the critical intersection of retail operations, brand presentation, and supply chain efficiency. The organization is known for combining sustainability commitments with innovative product development, helping clients reduce costs, improve in-store experiences, and operate more responsibly at scale. Joining this team means becoming part of a general powerhouse that is shaping the future of retail infrastructure — one client relationship at a time.
About the role: We are seeking a results-driven, consultative Sales Representative based in Chile to grow and manage key accounts within the fashion retail segment. This is a high-impact, relationship-first role for a commercially sharp professional who understands the inner workings of retail chains, boutiques, and large-format stores — and who knows how to position operational solutions that create real value at the point of sale. The ideal candidate brings a deep understanding of the Chilean and broader Latin American retail landscape, a consultative selling approach, and the cross-cultural communication skills to operate confidently across international client and supplier relationships.
This is an excellent opportunity to grow your career with a leading US-based company — fully remote.
What You’ll Do
- Manage and grow a portfolio of fashion retail accounts — including chains, boutiques, and large-format stores — across Chile and the broader Latin American region
- Lead active prospecting and new business development efforts, identifying and converting opportunities within the fashion retail segment
- Conduct deep-dive discovery conversations to understand each client's operational and commercial processes, then design tailored solutions that address their specific needs
- Position and sell the company's core product portfolio — including hangers, EAS garment security systems, labels, plastic packaging, and paper shopping bags — as strategic solutions, not commodity items
- Analyze the in-store customer journey — from product display through to final purchase — and recommend solutions that enhance organization, security, and brand perception at the point of sale
- Build long-term, trust-based relationships with key decision-makers at retail clients, ensuring high retention and consistent account growth
- Navigate cross-cultural client dynamics with confidence and adaptability, tailoring communication styles to diverse international stakeholders
- Track pipeline, account activity, and sales performance against targets, providing regular reporting and forecasting for leadership
What You Bring
- Proven experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development within the fashion retail, apparel, or consumer goods sector
- Strong consultative selling skills — the ability to understand complex client needs and architect solutions that integrate cost efficiency,
sustainability, and value creation
- Fluency in both Spanish and English (written and spoken) — required for negotiations and communications with international clients and suppliers
- Knowledge of key Chilean and Latin American retail players — familiarity with Falabella, Cencosud, Ripley, Éxito (Colombia), or similar major regional retailers is a strong advantage
- Cross-cultural communication agility — comfortable adapting communication and negotiation styles across diverse international client environments
- Solid understanding of retail operations, including visual merchandising, logistics, and loss prevention (EAS/security systems)
- Strong analytical and commercial acumen — able to assess client needs, build business cases, and negotiate effectively
- A resilient, opportunity-driven mindset with the ability to thrive in a competitive, fast-moving, and constantly evolving sales environment
- Results‑oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and growing accounts over time
- Nice to have:
- Experience selling retail supply chain, packaging, display, or security products
- Familiarity with sustainability-driven product positioning or circular economy initiatives in retail
- Prior experience working with or within a multinational company serving the fashion or apparel industry
Salary & Perks
- Competitive Pay: We hire top talent and compensate accordingly.
- This is a full-time, long-term engagement with room to grow
- The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement.
- Remote - Flexible in Chile
- Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (+/- 1 hour accepted) - PST.
