Mission

Develop and execute the indirect sales strategy with Partners in the AREA - Andean South Region: Chile, Argentina, Peru, Paraguay and Uruguay driving autonomy in selling Dassault Systèmes solutions. This role is critical to achieving the Mid-Term Growth Plan and supporting the region’s expansion, which represents 20% of CRE LATAM revenue.

Key Responsibilities

- Strategy & Execution:
- Develop/Deploy strategic sales programs with Partners (focus: upsell, cross-sell, footprint expansion).
- Define Customer Coverage targets and action plans for new DS solutions.
- Launch transition plans for new releases; support Partners in managing sales/technical capacity.

- Relationship & Pipeline Management:

- Act as the DS focal point for assigned Partners; build trusted relationships.
- Engage in key opportunities and identify strategic customers for tailored sales plans.
- Manage forecast/pipeline KPIs (4 rolling quarters) and ALC renewals.
- Build/maintain a 3-quarter sales pipeline via regular Partner reviews.

- Partner Development:

- Onboard/ramp up new Partners; support co-marketing activities.
- Negotiate/close DS Partner contracts, accreditation, and renewals.

- Operational Excellence:

- Improve Partners’ business operations models; ensure accurate skills alignment.
- Conduct regular Partner commitment reviews.





Profile Requirements

- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Technology, or equivalent.
- Experience:
- 10–15 years in Technology Solutions Sales (mandatory: Dassault Systèmes solutions knowledge).
- Reseller channel sales (VAR Ecosystem) experience required.
- CRE/SOLIDWORKS market expertise (software + industry solutions).
- Multi-Channel Management: Must have managed multiple channels (not just direct sales).

- Competencies:

- Sales Process & Tools (4/4), Business Forecasting (4/4), VAR Ecosystem Management (4/4), Effective Communication (4/4), Negotiation (4/4).

- Languages: Fluent English and Spanish (required).
