As a Junior Sales Operations Analyst, you will help keep our sales processes running efficiently by supporting our core Sales Operations systems and maintaining our Salesforce platform’s information accurate. You’ll be responsible for maintaining the reliability of our commercial data and reporting, providing the insights our team needs to succeed.

You’ll work closely with our experienced managers to master sales technology and data reporting, with a clear path to grow into a senior role as you build your expertise.

Responsibilities

- Supporting day-to-day Salesforce administration tasks, including data updates to leads, contacts, accounts, and opportunities.
- Collaborating with our Automation Specialist on projects, providing input on automation tasks that involve the sales team.
- Assisting with Salesforce opportunity management, enforcing best practices.
- Supporting execution of defined sales processes and workflows, following established documentation and guidelines.
- Supporting the preparation and upkeep of reports and dashboards under guidance, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates.
- Supporting the continuous development and acceleration of AI and further automation across sales and sales operations workflows.




- Performing data checks and validation to maintain data integrity across Salesforce and related tools.
- Assisting in documenting Sales and Sales Operations processes and maintaining knowledge repositories.
- Spearheading onboarding responsibilities within the scope of the sales department for new joiners.
- Supporting internal communication best practices within Sales Operations.
- Supporting maintenance of the sales technology stack, including user access and basic configuration tasks, as well as helping to ensure seamless connectivity between systems.
- Assisting with onboarding and offboarding activities related to systems and licenses.
- Supporting internal event coordination and logistics for the Sales team.

Qualifications

- Up to 2 years of experience in a professional environment, preferably in Sales/Sales Operations, Business Analyst, Administrative, or Marketing roles within a B2B or SaaS context (relevant internships considered).
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Advanced English skills (C1-C2), both written and verbal, for collaborating with our general team.
- Experience working with different cultures and timezones.
- High degree of personal organization.
- A keen eye for detail, specifically regarding data accuracy and validation.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally and manage relationships with various stakeholders, including Sales and Management teams.
- Basic understanding of Salesforce or similar CRM platforms, as well as other sales tools such as Salesloft, Lusha, LinkedIn Sales Navigator is highly preferred but not required.
