About This Role

Join our team as a Transaction Monitoring Specialist! You will analyze transactions in real-time, identify unusual or high-risk activity, ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations, support due diligence processes, and maintain proactive communication with clients. Be part of a dynamic team that safeguards financial integrity and helps prevent fraud.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Responsible for conducting real-time transactional analysis via phone or other channels.
- Validate the purpose and legitimacy of any transaction that appears unusual or high-risk according to the customer’s activity and profile.
- Process transactions that comply with internal guidelines, local regulations, and Ria policies.
- Escalate general reports on trends of potential consumer fraud cases and unusual activities related to money laundering and terrorism financing.
- Perform risk analysis on transactions received by the TRG team.




- Maintain constant contact with clients through incoming and outgoing calls.
- Support due diligence procedures (DD and EDD).
- Perform other activities necessary for the role.

Position Requirements

- AML/CFT/FP and fraud prevention knowledge.
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to multitask effectively.
- Capacity to work collaboratively with other teams.
- Experience in customer service across multiple channels, including phone.
- Language skills are a plus.
