About the role: We are seeking a results-driven, consultative Sales Representative based in Chile to grow and manage key accounts within the fashion retail segment. This is a high-impact, relationship-first role for a commercially sharp professional who understands the inner workings of retail chains, boutiques,
and large-format stores — and who knows how to position operational solutions that create real value at the point of sale. The ideal candidate brings a deep understanding of the Chilean and broader Latin American retail landscape, a consultative selling approach, and the cross-cultural communication skills to operate confidently across international client and supplier relationships.

What You’ll Do
- Manage and grow a portfolio of fashion retail accounts — including chains, boutiques, and large-format stores — across Chile and the broader Latin American region
- Lead active prospecting and new business development efforts, identifying and converting opportunities within the fashion retail segment
- Conduct deep-dive discovery conversations to understand each client's operational and comm
