Location

Apply Digital is hybrid/remote‑friendly. The preferred candidate should be based in Latin America, preferably working in hours that align to ET or PT. Candidates located in Santiago, Chile are able to work out of our Santiago office as remote/hybrid employees. Candidates located outside of Santiago, Chile will be fully remote employees.

The Role

Apply Digital is looking for an IT Lead to be the right hand to our Head of IT. This senior individual‑contributor role bridges day‑to‑day IT operations and global security programs.



You will work side by side with the Head of IT on integral projects, infrastructure, ISO/IEC 27001, ISO/IEC 42001, and SOC 2 Type 2 – tying up loose ends, driving work forward, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. This role is a force‑multiplier for someone who is technically deep, highly organised, and comfortable operating autonomously. You will be the trusted operator who keeps workstreams moving, steps in when the Head of IT needs coverage, and brings senior judgment to complex problems across global IT operations.

Responsibilities

Support & Global IT Collaboration
- Work as a close partner to the Head of IT on global IT operations, projects, and security programs – taking ownership of assigned workstreams and keeping them moving.
- Step in to cover when needed – attending meetings, making day‑to‑day operational decisions, and ensuring global programs stay on track during absences.
