The Role
The Electrical Business Unit Director will lead a Business Unit (BU) focused on electrical BIM/VDC services for US‑based projects, with a strong emphasis on mission‑critical facilities.




A Business Unit in Empresa confidencial is a group of approximately 30 team members with its own set of clients, portfolio of projects, P&L;, and growth strategy. This BU will be fully dedicated to the electrical subsystems, engineering vs. construction, delivering BIM/VDC solutions for complex, US‑based projects.

You will:
• Own the strategy, financial health, operations, and growth of the Electrical BU.
• Lead a multi‑layer team of Project Managers, BIM Coordinators, Technical Leaders, Job Captains, BIM Specialists, and Modelers focused on US BIM MEP delivery.
• Be the bridge between clients, project execution, and financial performance, ensuring high‑quality delivery, strong client relationships, and a motivated, growing team.
This position reports to the Head of the Electrical VDC, and works closely with other BUDs across Empresa confidencial’s delivery organization.

Location, Availability & Time Zones: Remote role based in Latin America, with availability across US time
