Role Purpose
To drive cloud revenue growth and customer success by building and executing customer-centric strategies that align with business goals and position Empresa confidencial's cloud solutions to meet customer challenges.
Key Responsibilities
include but not limited to:
Build Customer Centric Strategy: Understand customer business goals and develop strategic plans; manage executive relationships; align Empresa confidencial solutions portfolio to deliver value.
Drive Cloud Revenue Growth: Expand Empresa confidencial solutions footprint aligned with customer goals; focus on renewals, retention,
and expansion; manage pipeline; provide sales handover to implementation partners.
Guide Customers into the Future: Ensure successful cloud adoption and consumption; articulate the value of cloud migration; maximize customer lifetime value.
Collaborate Internally: Align Empresa confidencial account team and partners with customer requirements; foster cross-functional collaboration.
Maintain Customer Visibility: Regularly review and adjust strategies; ensure continuous positioning and delivery of value.
Experience & Language Requirements
9+ years of experience in sales of complex business software / IT solutions.
Proven track record in business application software sales.
Experience supporting Public Sector accounts is a must.
Experience in lead role of a team selling environment.
Demonstrated success with large transactions and lengthy sales campaigns in a fast-paced, consultative, and competitive market.
